Stanley is a director at Titan Law Corporation. He is a Mandarin-speaking lawyer in Vancouver, BC where he attended St. George’s School. He obtained a Bachelor’ of Arts in Legal Studies (Hons) from the University of Waterloo, and an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Birmingham, UK.


Stanley’s legal practice includes immigration law, corporate / commercial law, franchise law, and litigation in those areas. He has represented clients in the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and in the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.


In Stanley’s legal practice, he has worked with various organizations, including the Vancouver Association for Survivors of Torture, The BC Muslim Association, Taiwan Chamber of Commerce, Taiwan Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs Association, and various government departments.


Aside from being a lawyer, Stanley utilizes his expertise to contribute to his community. He serves as a director on the board of directors for the Canadian Mental Health Association – Vancouver-Fraser branch, and the Dunbar Community Centre Association. He dedicates a portion of his practice to ensuring equal access to justice through Access Pro Bono and Legal Aid BC.

Sameera is a director at Titan Law Corporation. She was born and raised in Vancouver where she completed the majority of her education, including obtaining a Bachelors of Arts degree in psychology at the University of British Columbia. Sameera obtained her law degree at Kingston University in England. She earned a first-class degree, while also participating in various extra-curricular activities including multiple teams and the student law association.


Sameera’s legal practice includes immigration law, wills & estates, family agreements, litigation including the landlord tenancy branch. Sameera works regularly with individuals that have endured significant trauma, and strives to provide her services with the empathy, compassion, and understanding. She has worked closely with organizations such as the Canadian Mental Health Association, The BC Muslim Association, and Voices of Muslim Women.


In her free time, Sameera enjoys exploring various neighborhoods in Vancouver, being active outdoors, and staying current with politics, current events, and activism.

Leo Chan


Leo Chan is an associate at Titan Law Corporation. He speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin. He obtained a Masters of Law (Common Law) at the University of British Columbia. He was born in Hong Kong and graduated as a Juris Doctor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.


Leo works in all areas of immigration law, including representing clients in the Immigration and Refugee Board, and applying for clients in economic immigration applications, family sponsorships and humanitarian and compassionate permanent residence application. He also practices in litigation, commercial law and wills and estate law.


Leo was a marketing and public relation executive in Hong Kong before he became a lawyer, and has extensive experience of working with clients from different countries including China, South Korea and Singapore.


Leo enjoys the gourmet scene in Vancouver. He is a travel enthusiast and he is always planning for his next trip.

Haitian Zou

Legal Assistant

Haitian is a legal assistant at Titan Law Corporation. She speaks Mandarin and English. Born and raised in China, Haitian went to Canada for undergraduate study and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Statistics at the University of British Columbia.


Initially on the path to become a data analyst or programmer, Haitian finds utilizing her analytical skills for reading and writing to be much more compelling. She enjoys delving into legal files at Titan Law Corporation and puts her skills to work assisting clients throughout their legal matters.


In her free time, Haitian enjoys reading novels, playing games on Steam, exploring foods and national parks and having a good conversation with friends and family.


Pavan Grewal

Pavan Grewal joined the Partnership of Triton Law in 2016. Pavan grew up Coquitlam, BC and obtained her Law Degree from Kingston University, London in 2011. 

During her articles, Pavan obtained experience in Personal Injury, Criminal and Civil/Commercial Litigation. She continues to practice in those area since being called to the Bar in 2014.

Pavan primary areas of Practise are Personal Injury and Civil/Commercial Litigation. She represents clients who have suffered injuries such as: chronic pain, soft tissue and orthopaedic. Pavan also takes an interest in construction litigation and general commercial litigation. 

Pavan is an active member in the community and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Trial Lawyers of BC. 

Pavan is fluent in both English and Punjabi. On her free time, she enjoys hiking and playing tennis.

Akash Kathuria

Akash Kathuria formed the Partnership of Triton Law LLP in 2016. Akash grew up in Surrey, BC and obtained his Law Degree from the University of Wales in 2011 from Dublin, Ireland.

During his articles, Akash obtained experience in Personal Injury, Criminal and Civil/Commercial Litigation. He continues to practice in those areas since being called to the Bar in 2014, with an emphasis on ICBC motor vehicle injury claims, slip and fall claims, and insurance coverage disputes. He restricts his practice solely to serving injured parties. 

He has been an active member in the community, hosting various charity events in the City. Akash, along with his firm hosts the Annual Triton Law Ball Hockey Tournament, which raises funds for local foundations and charities like the SEMO Foundation and the Surrey Christmas Bureau.


He is an active member of the Law Society of BC, Canadian Bar Association and the Trial Lawyers Association of BC. 

Akash is fluent in both English and Punjabi. In his spare time he enjoys walking his dog, and playing ice hockey.
