Stanley Chiu
Stanley is a director at Titan Law Corporation. He is a Mandarin-speaking lawyer in Vancouver, BC where he attended St. George’s School. He obtained a Bachelor’ of Arts in Legal Studies (Hons) from the University of Waterloo, and an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Birmingham, UK.
Stanley’s legal practice includes immigration law, corporate / commercial law, franchise law, and litigation in those areas. He has represented clients in the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and in the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
In Stanley’s legal practice, he has worked with various organizations, including the Vancouver Association for Survivors of Torture, The BC Muslim Association, Taiwan Chamber of Commerce, Taiwan Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs Association, and various government departments.
Aside from being a lawyer, Stanley utilizes his expertise to contribute to his community. He serves as a director on the board of directors for the Canadian Mental Health Association – Vancouver-Fraser branch, and the Dunbar Community Centre Association. He dedicates a portion of his practice to ensuring equal access to justice through Access Pro Bono and Legal Aid BC.

Sameera Ismail
Sameera is a director at Titan Law Corporation. She was born and raised in Vancouver, BC, where she completed the majority of her education, including obtaining a Bachelors of Arts degree in psychology at the University of British Columbia. Sameera obtained her law degree at Kingston University in England. She earned a first-class degree, while also participating in various extra-curricular activities including multiple teams and the student law association.
Sameera’s legal practice includes immigration law, wills & estates, family agreements and litigation, including the landlord tenancy branch. Sameera works regularly with individuals that have endured significant trauma, and strives to provide her services with empathy, compassion, and understanding. She has worked closely with organizations such as the Canadian Mental Health Association, The BC Muslim Association, and Voices of Muslim Women.
In her free time, Sameera enjoys exploring various neighborhoods in Vancouver, being active outdoors, and staying current with politics, current events, and activism.

Leo Chan
Leo is an associate lawyer at Titan Law Corporation. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Leo obtained his Juris Doctor from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and later completed a Masters of Law from the University of British Columbia.
Since his call to the Bar in 2021, Leo’s focus is in real estate, corporate, commercial, and immigration law. He represents clients in litigious matters, including the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Immigration and Refugee Board.
As a former marketing and public relation executive in Hong Kong, Leo has extensive experience working with clients from different countries including China, South Korea and Singapore.
Leo is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin. Outside of the law office, Leo enjoys exploring Vancouver’s gastronomy and is a travel enthusiast; you can always find him planning his next adventure.

Serina Sharda
Serina is a multi-talented professional, with experience in a wide range of services. Her skills span the creative and artistic world to the academic and legal field.
Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Serina graduated with honours, from York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She obtained her LLB from the University of Birmingham in England. Upon completion, she returned to Toronto and practised in various areas of law, including real estate, estates, corporate and family law. After taking some time to travel and explore other creative pursuits, Serina has acquired a passion for human rights issues and is currently focused on assisting vulnerable peoples seeking asylum in Canada. Her practise here in Vancouver includes refugee and immigration law as well as corporate law.
Outside of Titan Law, Serina is also an accomplished hairstylist at Vancouver’s top salon. She has figured out a way to mesh both her professional worlds in a way that produces high quality services, while maintaining integrity and transparency. She has found balance in activating her creative mind while simultaneously engaging her analytical brain, resulting in a unique perspective on work and life.

Rukshehara Meedin
Rukshehara recently joined Titan Law Corporation as an Articling Student, having previously worked as a paralegal in a boutique Corporate and Securities law firm where she gained experience assisting start-ups and public companies with seed funding, financing rounds, and listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Rukshehara completed her legal education in Queensland, Australia receiving a Bachelor of Laws from Griffith University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Simon Fraser University.
As an Articling Student, Rukshehara assists the Titan Law team in various areas of law including; immigration, conveyancing, wills & estates, corporate, commercial, franchise law and litigation.
Rukshehara is admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales, Australia (non-practicing). She can speak intermediate Spanish and understands Sinhalese. In her spare time, Rukshehara enjoys traveling, swimming, running, and exploring beautiful British Columbia.
Elizaveta Neyzhmak
Elizaveta is the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Titan Law Corporation.
Elizaveta moved from Russia to Canada as an international student, and graduated from BCIT’s Marketing Management program. She joined Titan Law in 2021, bringing her expertise and creative solutions to enhance the company’s business development and marketing initiatives.
Elizaveta works closely with the client intake team, immigration coordinators, lawyers and legal assistants, to support them with current marketing and industry trends. She plans and coordinates the company’s positioning, brand awareness, social media presence, business development and communications across all marketing channels.
Elizaveta is multilingual and fluent in English, Russian and French. As an immigrant herself, she is passionate about finding the right immigration pathway for every client, helping to make their journey to Canada easier.
Eric Yang
Eric is a Case Coordinator at Titan Law Corporation. He speaks Mandarin, English and basic Bahasa Indonesian. Eric was born in Indonesia and raised in Taiwan. He came to Canada when he was in high school and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University of British Columbia Okanagan Campus.
Eric is our main point of contact for our Mandarin and English-speaking clients. He ensures clients receive the legal support they are looking for and connects them to the right team member. With his Canadian education experiences as an international student, Eric understands obstacles other current and prospective international students may face in immigration, education and post-academic life.
In his free time, Eric enjoys keeping up with the newest technology trends, baking, discovering new restaurants and spending quality time with his friends and family.

Queeny Hau
Queeny is a legal assistant at Titan Law Corporation. She is a recent graduate from the University of British Columbia where she attained her Bachelor’s Degree.
Under the careful guidance of the talented lawyers at Titan Law, Queeny contributes to the team by performing a variety of tasks that include preparing and gathering legal documents, improving existing workflows and administrative procedures, and corresponding with clients and vendor services to ensure quality outcomes.
Queeny is also interested in learning multiple languages and is fluent in English and Cantonese. She utilizes her skills and liaises with the team to generate the best results.
Titan Law’s practices and values are something that Queeny proudly stands behind. Coming from an immigrant family she is familiar with the struggles of immigration and first-generation Canadians. In the future, she has goals of becoming a lawyer and is currently working towards attending law school.
