\u9032\u884c\u512a\u5316\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5728\u7dda\u627e\u5230\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u79fb\u6c11\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5145\u6eff\u5de8\u5927\u6a5f\u9047\u3001\u4ee4\u4eba\u6b4e\u70ba\u89c0\u6b62\u7684\u98a8\u666f\u548c\u71b1\u60c5\u7684\u591a\u5143\u6587\u5316\u793e\u6703\u7684\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u5c0b\u6c42\u65b0\u958b\u59cb\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u7684\u9996\u9078\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u99d5 <g id=\"gid_0\">\u99ad\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u79fb\u6c11\u7a0b\u5f0f<\/g> \u53ef\u80fd\u65e2\u8907\u96dc\u53c8\u4ee4\u4eba\u751f\u754f\u3002\u5728 Titan Law\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u77ad\u89e3\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u79fb\u6c11\u6cd5\u7684\u7d30\u5fae\u5dee\u5225\uff0c\u4e26\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u63d0\u4f9b\u6e05\u6670\u3001\u5168\u9762\u548c\u5bcc\u6709\u540c\u60c5\u5fc3\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\uff0c\u8aac\u660e\u60a8\u5be6\u73fe\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5922\u3002 <strong>\u5982\u4f55\u79fb\u6c11\u52a0\u62ff\u5927<\/strong>\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5f9e\u4e86\u89e3\u8cc7\u683c\u5230\u63a2\u7d22\u6700\u5feb\u7684\u9014\u5f91\u4ee5\u53ca\u9078\u64c7 <strong>\u79fb\u6c11\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u7701\u4efd<\/strong>\u3002\u7121\u8ad6\u60a8\u662f\u6280\u8853\u5de5\u4eba\u3001\u6280\u8853\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u5e0c\u671b\u8207\u5bb6\u4eba\u5718\u805a\uff0c Titan Law \u90fd\u662f\u60a8\u503c\u5f97\u4fe1\u8cf4\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u3002 <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u79fb\u6c11\u5206\u6b65\u6307\u5357\uff1a\u5f9e\u7c3d\u8b49\u5230\u6c38\u4e45\u5c45\u7559\u6b0a<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u60a8\u65c5\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u662f\u78ba\u5b9a\u60a8\u662f\u5426 <strong>\u6709\u8cc7\u683c\u7533\u8acb\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u79fb\u6c11<\/strong>\u3002\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u591a\u7a2e\u7372\u5f97\u6c38\u4e45\u5c45\u7559\u6b0a\u548c\u81e8\u6642\u8eab\u4efd\u7684\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u6bcf\u7a2e\u9014\u5f91\u90fd\u6709\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002  \u7acb\u5373\u7372\u53d6\u60a8\u7684 <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.titanlaw.ca\/zh-hant\/%e5%8a%a0%e6%8b%bf%e5%a4%a7%e7%a7%bb%e6%b0%91%e8%a9%95%e4%bc%b0%e5%b1%80%ef%bc%9a%e4%bb%8a%e5%a4%a9%e5%b0%b1%e7%9c%8b%e7%9c%8b%e6%82%a8%e6%98%af%e5%90%a6%e7%ac%a6%e5%90%88%e6%a2%9d%e4%bb%b6%ef%bc%81\/\">\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u79fb\u6c11\u8a55\u4f30<\/a>\n<\/strong> \uff01\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u8a55\u4f30\uff0c\u958b\u555f\u60a8\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7684\u65b0\u751f\u6d3b\u4e4b\u65c5\u3002 <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u4e3b\u8981\u79fb\u6c11\u9805\u76ee\u548c\u9014\u5f91\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u5feb\u901f\u901a\u9053\uff1a<\/strong> \u9019\u662f\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u6280\u8853\u5de5\u4eba\u7684\u65d7\u8266\u79fb\u6c11\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002\u5b83\u7ba1\u7406\u4e09\u500b\u806f\u90a6\u7d93\u6fdf\u79fb\u6c11\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u7533\u8acb\uff1a \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u806f\u90a6\u6280\u8853\u5de5\u4eba\u8a08\u5283 \uff08FSWP\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u9069\u7528\u65bc\u5177\u6709\u5916\u570b\u6280\u8853\u5de5\u4f5c\u7d93\u9a57\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7d93\u9a57\u985e \uff08CEC\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u9069\u5408\u6700\u8fd1\u6709\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u719f\u7df4\u5de5\u4f5c\u7d93\u9a57\u7684\u4eba\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u806f\u90a6\u6280\u8853\u8cbf\u6613\u8a08\u5283 \uff08FSTP\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u9069\u7528\u65bc\u5177\u6709\u5408\u683c\u5de5\u4f5c\u7d93\u9a57\u7684\u719f\u7df4\u6280\u5de5\u3002Express Entry \u6c60\u4e2d\u7684\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u6839\u64da\u7d9c\u5408\u6392\u540d\u7cfb\u7d71 \uff08CRS\uff09 \u9032\u884c\u6392\u540d\uff0c\u8a72\u7cfb\u7d71\u8003\u616e\u4e86\u5e74\u9f61\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3001\u8a9e\u8a00\u80fd\u529b\uff08\u82f1\u8a9e\u548c\/\u6216\u6cd5\u8a9e\uff09\u548c\u719f\u7df4\u5de5\u4f5c\u7d93\u9a57\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684 CRS \u5206\u6578\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u60a8\u7372\u5f97\u6c38\u4e45\u5c45\u7559\u6b0a\u7533\u8acb\u9080\u8acb \uff08ITA\uff09 \u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u3002  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u7701\u63d0\u540d\u8a08\u5283 \uff08PNP\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u6240\u6709\u7701\u4efd\u548c\u5730\u5340\uff08\u9b41\u5317\u514b\u548c\u52aa\u7d0d\u6b66\u7279\u9664\u5916\uff09\u90fd\u6709\u81ea\u5df1\u7684 PNP\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8a08\u5283\u5141\u8a31\u5404\u7701\u63d0\u540d\u6eff\u8db3\u5176\u7279\u5b9a\u52de\u52d5\u529b\u5e02\u5834\u9700\u6c42\u4e26\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u8a72\u7279\u5b9a\u7701\u4efd\u5b9a\u5c45\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u3002\u5982\u679c\u901a\u904e\u5feb\u901f\u901a\u9053\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u7701\u63d0\u540d\u53ef\u4ee5\u986f\u8457\u63d0\u9ad8\u60a8\u7684CRS\u5206\u6578\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u7372\u5f97\u6c38\u4e45\u5c45\u7559\u6b0a\u7684\u76f4\u63a5\u9014\u5f91\u3002  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5bb6\u5ead\u5718\u805a\uff1a<\/strong> \u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u516c\u6c11\u548c\u6c38\u4e45\u5c45\u6c11\u53ef\u4ee5\u64d4\u4fdd\u7b26\u5408\u689d\u4ef6\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\uff08\u914d\u5076\u3001\u540c\u5c45\u4f34\u4fb6\u3001\u53d7\u64ab\u990a\u5b50\u5973\u3001\u7236\u6bcd\u548c\u7956\u7236\u6bcd\uff09\u4f86\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u8b49\uff1a<\/strong> \u8a31\u591a\u4eba\u4ee5\u81e8\u6642 <strong>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5de5\u4f5c\u7c3d\u8b49<\/strong>\u958b\u59cb\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u4e4b\u65c5\u3002\u5f9e\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u50f1\u4e3b\u90a3\u88e1\u7372\u5f97\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6a5f\u6703\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u5148\u6c7a\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u8b49\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u52de\u52d5\u529b\u5e02\u5834\u5f71\u97ff\u8a55\u4f30 \uff08LMIA\uff09\u3002  \u7acb\u5373\u9810\u8a02 <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.titanlaw.ca\/zh-hant\/%e6%82%a8%e5%8f%af%e4%bb%a5%e4%bf%a1%e8%b3%b4%e7%9a%84%e5%8a%a0%e6%8b%bf%e5%a4%a7%e5%9c%a8%e7%b7%9a%e7%a7%bb%e6%b0%91%e8%ab%ae%e8%a9%a2\/\">\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5728\u7dda\u79fb\u6c11\u8aee\u8a62<\/a>\n<\/strong> \uff01\u4f86\u81ea\u6301\u724c\u9867\u554f\u7684\u5c08\u5bb6\u5efa\u8b70\u3001\u5feb\u901f\u670d\u52d9\u548c\u503c\u5f97\u4fe1\u8cf4\u7684\u652f\u63f4\u3002 <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5b78\u7fd2\u8a31\u53ef\uff1a<\/strong> \u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u63a5\u53d7\u6559\u80b2\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u7372\u5f97\u6c38\u4e45\u5c45\u7559\u6b0a\u7684\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u901a\u904e\u7562\u696d\u5f8c\u5de5\u4f5c\u8a31\u53ef\u548c\u96a8\u5f8c\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u901a\u9053\u7533\u8acb\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure <strong>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u79fb\u6c11\u5206\u6b65\u6307\u5357<\/strong>\u7684\u4e00\u822c\u6982\u8ff0\uff1a<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u7b2c 1 \u6b65\uff1a\u78ba\u5b9a\u60a8\u7684\u8cc7\u683c\u4e26\u9078\u64c7\u60a8\u7684\u9014\u5f91<\/strong> \u5229\u7528\u5728\u7dda\u8a55\u4f30\u5de5\u5177\u4e26\u8aee\u8a62 <strong>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u6700\u597d\u7684\u79fb\u6c11\u9867\u554f<\/strong>\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982 Titan Law\uff0c\u4ee5\u6839\u64da\u60a8\u7684\u8cc7\u683c\u3001\u7d93\u9a57\u548c\u76ee\u6a19\u78ba\u5b9a\u60a8\u6709\u8cc7\u683c\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u8a08\u5283\u3002 \u7372\u5f97\u6839\u64da\u60a8\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u91cf\u8eab\u5b9a\u88fd\u7684 <strong>\n  <a \u3002\u5c08\u5bb6\u8aac\u660e\u60a8\u79fb\u6c11\u4e4b\u65c5\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b65\uff01 <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u7b2c 2 \u6b65\uff1a\u6536\u96c6\u6240\u9700\u6a94<\/strong> CRS \u5206\u6578\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002  \u767c\u73fe <strong>\n  <a <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u7b2c 4 \u6b65\uff1a\u5275\u5efa\u60a8\u7684 Express Entry \u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\uff08\u5982\u679c\u9069\u7528\uff09<\/strong> \u5982\u679c\u60a8\u901a\u904e Express Entry \u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u60a8\u5c07\u5275\u5efa\u4e00\u500b\u5728\u7dda\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u3002\u78ba\u4fdd\u6240\u6709\u8cc7\u8a0a\u90fd\u662f\u6e96\u78ba\u548c\u6700\u65b0\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u5c07\u6c7a\u5b9a\u60a8\u7684 \u6b65\uff1a\u63d0\u4ea4\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u6c38\u4e45\u5c45\u7559\u7533\u8acb<\/strong> \u6536\u5230ITA\u6216\u63d0\u540d\u5f8c\uff0c\u60a8\u6709\u6709\u9650\u7684\u6642\u9593\u5411\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u79fb\u6c11\u3001\u96e3\u6c11\u548c\u516c\u6c11\u90e8 \uff08IRCC\uff09
