Munpreet Sandhu

Munpreet is an associate lawyer at Titan Law Corporation. She completed her education at the University of British Columbia where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations, with a year spent abroad at University College Dublin in Ireland. She completed her Juris Doctor program at the Peter A. Allard School of Law in Vancouver.

During law school, she was involved in several extracurricular activities in areas she is passionate about such as advocating for vulnerable populations, women’s rights, mental wellness, and the arts. This included being a part of the Women’s Caucus, the Wellness Committee and volunteering with the Artist Legal Outreach Clinic. Also, she volunteered as a clinician at the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program where she assisted low-income clients in a variety of practice areas including human rights.

Munpreet brings a strong background in corporate law, real estate, and immigration, with a unique edge gained through many years working at a federal immigration and enforcement agency. She regularly advises businesses and skilled professionals on complex immigration matters, including work permits, LMIA applications, and permanent residency pathways. Munpreet has significant experience representing clients in judicial review proceedings and stay motions before the Federal Court of Canada, particularly in challenging immigration refusals and enforcement actions. Munpreet has also worked on matters before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and numerous immigration and administrative tribunals. She is known for her strategic approach to case preparation, persuasive legal advocacy, and consistent success in achieving favorable outcomes for her clients.

Munpreet also has work experience at a variety of non-profit organizations that provide services to vulnerable populations and aims to lead with compassion while delivering efficient and effective legal services. Munpreet is happy to serve clients in English and Punjabi. She also has basic proficiency in Spanish.

When not in the office, Munpreet is an avid traveller and loves to explore different countries and cultures. She is also a lover of the arts especially music, theatre, film and television.
