Celine is an associate lawyer at Titan Law Corporation. She completed her Juris Doctor program at the Peter A. Allard School of Law in Vancouver, with a year spent abroad at the University of Leiden (Netherlands), where she was able to focus on crime and migration and other international legal issues.
Since her call to the bar in 2021, Celine’s primary practice has been in immigration law. As a former temporary immigrant herself in both France and the Netherlands, Celine understands first-hand the importance of having competent and professional help to navigate the intricacies of the immigration system. Thanks to her time spent living abroad, Celine is fluent in French and is happy to assist clients in either of Canada’s official languages.
Celine regularly helps corporate clients in filling their hiring needs as soon as possible. She is experienced both in preparing Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications and in determining situations in which an LMIA application can be avoided. In her work with individual clients, Celine can help to attain any short- or long-term goal, ranging from work or study in Canada to permanent residence and eventual citizenship. She has extensive experience in reuniting spouses and common-law or conjugal partners, even in the face of prior refused applications or inadmissibility. She has successfully challenged decisions of Canada Border Services Agency and provides detailed coaching on flagpoling and other border crossings.
Outside of Titan Law, Celine is an avid runner and sport climber, and has travelled to a variety of destinations for climbing, including Potrero Chico (Mexico), Kalymnos (Greece), and Thakhek (Laos). As a proud member of Titan Law, she continues to pursue her passions all around the world.
