Stanley Chiu

Stanley is a lawyer and director at Titan Law Corporation. He is a Mandarin-speaking lawyer in Vancouver, BC where he attended St. George’s School. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies (Hons) from the University of Waterloo and an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Birmingham, UK. He is called to the bar in British Columbia and Ontario.

Stanley practices immigration law, corporate and commercial law, and franchise law. He has represented clients in the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, and other Canadian administrative tribunals. As a result, Stanley has worked with various organizations, including Salvation Army Illuminate, the Vancouver Association for Survivors of Torture, The BC Muslim Association, Taiwan Chamber of Commerce, Taiwan Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs Association, and various government departments

Aside from being a lawyer, Stanley utilizes his expertise to contribute to his community. He has served on the board of directors for the Canadian Mental Health Association – Vancouver-Fraser branch and the Dunbar Community Centre Association. He dedicates a portion of his practice to ensuring equal access to justice through Access Pro Bono and Legal Aid BC.
