Service Description

The lawyer will conduct a thorough interview to find out more about you and your business.  They will determine whether you are in fact a suitable candidate for the Start-Up Visa program. This includes an assessment of your language proficiency, financial means, industry experience, etc. If it is established that you or your business do not qualify for business immigration, the lawyer may suggest other possible programs to immigrate to Canada.
